Our PTSD support group offers an environment where you can share your experiences and struggles in a safe and friendly environment. You can gain insight, education, and support from others who are experiencing similar symptoms.
We do not discuss details of individual traumas as this may affect another support group attendee. By attending our support groups you will build your own individual toolbox, create a peer to peer support network of people with “lived experience” who understand living with PTSD as they live with it themselves. You will relearn social skills, have a positive reason to leave your house and not isolate, regular, judgement free.
Support groups are suitable for partners, friends and family members to attend if they want to learn what to say and do and provide educations, support and resources for all.
